Come Undone

A retreat to unravel what you’re not, and remember what you are.

Come Undone is a retreat in embodied presence - for those who feel deeply and are ready to meet themselves honestly.

Here, we return to the body as the first site of knowing, connection and liberation. Held at Flowground in Sri Lanka, this retreat creates space for sensation, emotion and presence to unfold naturally - without force, urgency, or performance.

There is time to arrive. Time to feel. Time to let the body soften its grip without needing to explain itself.

Because holding it all together has cost you more than you know.  This is not about falling apart. It’s about laying down what was never yours to carry - gently, courageously and with your whole self.

There is medicine in coming undone.

A Sacred Exhale in the heart of Sri Lanka.

Come Undone is a six-night, small-group retreat held on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, where days are warm, mornings arrive gently and the body naturally starts to release.

We live, practice, eat and rest together in a rhythm that is steady and human - not rushed, not intense, not performative. It’s a shared experience where time stretches and honesty becomes possible without pressure.

Days have shape but nothing is forced. Morning practice. Long pauses. Time to swim, walk, nap, journal, or do very little at all. Evenings are spacious, allowing connection to happen naturally rather than being orchestrated.

This a retreat for people who want depth without drama, intimacy without obligation and practice that meets real bodies where they are. We retreat, not to escape the world but to meet it with more clarity, more courage and more love.

Our retreat home is Flowground - a quietly stunning sanctuary set among rice paddies on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, just minutes from the ocean and the vibrant town of Ahangama.

Flowground isn’t remote in a cut-off-from-life way. It’s gently held - close enough to the rhythm of local life, yet spacious enough for the body to soften and settle. Warm air, open skies, birdsong and a slower pace that creates an immediate sense of arrival.

The space itself is simple, beautiful and deeply considered. An open-air yoga shala where light and breeze move freely. A rooftop terrace for early mornings and long evenings. An infinity pool for floating, cooling and doing absolutely nothing. Quiet corners designed for rest, reflection and being alone without feeling isolated.

Rooms are calm and unfussy, made with local materials and earthy tones that invite the nervous system to drop. This is not luxury as excess - it’s comfort as care.

Everything here supports the same intention: less holding, more ease. Flowground shapes the retreat not through instruction but through atmosphere. The body slows without being asked. Breath deepens without effort. You don’t have to try to rest - rest happens.

Our Retreat Home: Flowground, Sri Lanka

This retreat may be for you if:

  • You want a spiritual practice that lives in your actual body and life - not above them.

  • You’re drawn to depth but you no longer want intensity, fixing or performance to get there.

  • Your yoga practice includes discomfort, honesty and emotional range - not just calm or control.

  • You’re open to slowing down and being with uncertainty without trying to resolve it.

  • You’ve started to see that unraveling isn’t weakness - it’s a kind of returning.

  • You’re curious about who you are beneath the fixing and striving.

  • You’re ready to grow into what’s true and let go of what no longer fits.
