Come Undone
A retreat to unravel what you’re not. And remember what you are.
This retreat is for the ones who feel deeply, who are tired of holding it all together and who are ready to meet themselves honestly - with grace, humour, tenderness and care. Not because you’re broken but because you’re ready to meet what’s real and to release the roles, the rush, the performance and the shape you were never meant to hold.
Because holding it all together has cost you more than you know. Because your body is tired of pretending. Because there is something sacred in unravelling what you’re not.
This is not about falling apart. It’s about finally laying down what was never yours to carry - gently, courageously and with your whole self.

A Sacred Exhale in the heart of Sri Lanka
Let yourself be held by the land, the ocean and the life inside of you.
Here, we will return to the body as the first site of knowing, connection and liberation.
We’ll gather for six nights on the stunning southern coast, where jungle meets ocean and the air itself invites softness. This is a place of wild beauty and slow mornings, where monkeys chatter in the palm trees and the tide moves in and out like a breath you didn’t know you were holding.
We rest, not to escape the world but to meet it with more clarity, more courage and more love. More than just a vacation, we will release what no longer fits and meet our lives with fresh eyes and unguarded hearts.
Because you were never meant to carry this all alone.
Because rest is a portal.
Because there is medicine in coming undone.
Our sanctuary for the week is Flowground, a soulful and lovingly designed retreat space tucked among the rice paddies, just a short ride from Kabalana Beach and the vibrant surf town of Ahangama. It’s a place where nature wraps around you and quiet meets you at the door.
Stretched over two stories, this space offers an open-air yoga shala, rooftop terrace, infinity pool, and cozy corners for rest and reflection. The rooms are simply and beautifully designed featuring earthy tones and local handmade materials that honor the land and invite you inward.
It’s the kind of place where you can exhale deeper. Where your body slows without being asked. Where something inside you says: Yes. Here.
Our Retreat Home: Flowground
This is for you if…
You want your spiritual practice to be rooted in real life, not above it.
You crave truth over polish, presence over performance.
You’re ready to grow into what’s true and let go of what no longer fits.
You long to feel connected - to your body, the earth, and others.
You’ve started to see that unraveling isn’t weakness—it’s a kind of returning.
You’re curious about who you are beneath the fixing and striving.
You want to be met in your wholeness—joyful, tender, real.

Claire is a teacher of embodied, spiritually-rooted practice and has been running retreats since 2021. Her work draws from Trika Shaivism, somatic wisdom, nervous system care, collective care and the messy, miraculous reality of being human.
Tools for tending to your inner life with compassion and clarity.
A renewed sense of what matters and what you’re ready to release.
The relief of loosening your grip and realizing the ground still holds.
Embodied practices that support not just your nervous system, but your capacity to show up in the world.
A deeper trust in rest, slowness and connection as forms of resilience.
Embodied clarity—not just for you, but for how you show up in a world that needs your aliveness.
A reminder that being human is not a solo project.
The bodyful knowing that coming undone isn’t falling apart - it’s a return.
