Retreat Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
All payments must be made in Pound Sterling (GBP) via the booking link on the retreat page unless otherwise agreed.
A non-refundable deposit of £400 is required to secure your place on the retreat.
Early Bird pricing is valid until 1st May 2026. From 2nd May 2026, retreat prices increase by £100 per room option.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by 30th June 2026.
If the remaining balance is not received by this date, Of This Body Retreats reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer your place to another guest. Your deposit will not be refunded.
Payment plans may be available on request. Please email to arrange a schedule if you wish to split the remaining balance across two or three payments.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTION
We offer the option to pay for your retreat in 5 monthly installments of £217 for twin or £280 for private, running from May to September.
The first installment secures your place and acts as your non-refundable deposit. All installment payments are due on the 3rd of each month. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If any payment is not received by the 7th of the given month, your place on the retreat will be released and may be offered to someone on the waiting list. In this case, any payments already made will not be refunded. If you are experiencing difficulty making a payment, please reach out before the due date to discuss your options.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 4:00pm on 3rd September 2026.
Check-out is 10:00am on 6th September 2026.
Full travel information and arrival guidance will be shared after booking.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your retreat booking, please notify Of This Body Retreats via email as soon as possible.
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If cancellation occurs before 30th June 2026, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded if your place can be filled by another guest.
If cancellation occurs after 30th June 2026, the full retreat balance is non-refundable.
In some cases, Of This Body Retreats may assist in finding another guest to take your place, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If a replacement guest is found, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded.
If you choose to leave the retreat early for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
INSTALLMENT PLAN CANCELLATIONS POLICY - IN ADDITION
If you choose the 5-month instalment payment option, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including the initial deposit.
Missed payments are treated as a cancellation by the participant. If a scheduled payment is not received by the 7th of the month it is due, your place on the retreat will be released and may be offered to someone on the waiting list. Any payments already made will not be refunded.
This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-payment. We always encourage you to get in touch early if your circumstances change.
TRIP CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally it may be necessary to make minor adjustments to the retreat schedule, including class times or activities. Of This Body Retreats reserves the right to make such changes where required.
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled, you will be offered either:
- a transfer to a future retreat, or
- a refund of payments made to Of This Body Retreats.
Refunds are limited to the amount paid to Of This Body Retreats and do not include external costs such as flights, travel arrangements, visas, or other personal expenses.
Of This Body Retreats reserves the right to cancel the retreat up to 10 weeks prior to the retreat start date in rare cases such as low guest numbers or venue issues.
FORCE MAJEURE
Of This Body Retreats cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control that prevent the retreat from taking place.
This may include but is not limited to:
- natural disasters
- war or political unrest
- Pandemics
- travel restrictions
- venue closures
- extreme weather
In these situations, refunds will depend on costs that can be recovered from the retreat venue or suppliers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE (REQUIRED)
All participants must hold valid travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Flight disruption
- Illness or injury
- Travel delays
- Medical treatment abroad
- Participation in yoga and retreat activities
Of This Body Retreats cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from travel disruption or personal circumstances preventing attendance.
HEALTH & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By attending the retreat, you confirm that:
- You are physically and mentally able to participate in yoga and retreat activities.
- You take full responsibility for listening to your body and modifying practices where needed.
- You have consulted a medical professional if required.
Please inform the retreat host of any relevant health conditions before arrival.
Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
If you are pregnant, you participate at your own discretion and must inform the retreat host prior to attending.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that yoga and movement practices involve physical activity which carries a risk of injury.
You accept full responsibility for your participation and agree that Of This Body Retreats, its teachers, staff and partners cannot be held liable for any injuries, illness, loss, damages or expenses incurred during or as a result of the retreat.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
CONDUCT
To maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants, Of This Body Retreats reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or harmful to the group.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Occasionally photographs or short videos may be taken during retreats for marketing or documentation purposes.
Guests will always be informed and may opt out if they prefer not to appear in any images.
