Come Undone

A 6-Night Embodied Yoga Retreat in Sri Lanka

April 2026 | Southern Coast | 2 spaces left

Unravel. Exhale.
Remember what’s real.

Come Undone is a 6-night, small group retreat of softening into embodied presence, rest and clarity on Sri Lanka’s southern coast.

Daily embodied practice.
Gentle mornings and warm ocean air.
Jungle surroundings and sunset boat trips.
Relaxing poolside and cooking Sri-Lankan feasts.
Deep rest and spa treatments.

Small group. Spacious rhythm.  For the ones who feel deeply.

The Experience

For six nights on Sri Lanka’s southern coast we step out of the rush of everyday life and into a slower rhythm.

In the warmth of sun and sea, armour softens. Breath deepens. Identity loosens.
What has been braced begins to unwind.

We unlearn the tension of doing, the pressure of performance and the instinct to manage ourselves before we allow ourselves to be.

It’s an invitation to gently unravel the roles we’ve been carrying and meet ourselves honestly with tenderness and care.

Mornings begin with embodied practice, breath and meditation - a chance to arrive fully in the body before the day unfolds.

After breakfast the rhythm softens.

There is time for swimming in the ocean, walking through nearby villages, journaling, resting by the pool or simply lying in the shade while the day moves slowly around you.

We’ll also explore the surrounding landscape through shared experiences - including a sunset boat safari through the mangroves and a Sri Lankan cooking class.

Evenings gather softly again for practice, reflection and dinner together.

Days are warm, sensory and unhurried.
Bare feet on warm stone. Salt drying on skin.
The ocean rising and falling like a breath you didn’t know you were holding.

Nothing forced. Nothing performative. Just space to lay down what was never yours to carry.

Our Retreat Home

Our sanctuary for the week is Flowground - a soulful, lovingly curated retreat space tucked among rice paddies near the coast.

Here, jungle, sky and ocean hold you in a spacious rhythm of presence: Open-air yoga shala with ocean light. Rooftop terrace for breath and stillness. Infinity pool and cozy corners for rest. Simple, earthy design that invites inward attention.

You’ll stay in the main room in one of the gorgeous rooms - calm, comfortable and serene. Designed with earth tones and local materials that welcome a piece of Sri Lanka into your everyday experience.

Everything here supports the same intention: less holding, more ease. Flowground shapes the retreat not through instruction but through atmosphere. Water regulates the nervous system. Sunlight shifts circadian rhythm. The horizon widens perspective.

The Practice

Across the week, our practices are shaped by embodied intelligence, Trika Shaivism and somatic wisdom.

Expect:

  • Embodied Vinyasa + breath

  • Restorative evening sessions + Yin

  • Somatic inquiry informed by non-dual Tantra

What People Are Saying

Restorative and inspiring.

“This retreat was the most rejuvenating 4 days I have had in a very long time. It felt like a mental as well as a physical bear hug. Claire led the retreat with such passion, care and thought in designing the retreat so the practice flowed naturally from the tantric philosophy expressed so powerfully in the meditations.Claire’s wonderful alchemy made for a wonderfully restorative and inspiring experience.”

— Martha

Memories that will last a lifetime.

“Thank you, from the deepest parts of my heart, for all your energy you dedicate to creating experiences for all of us beings to come together and feel the best parts of life. You share yourself with us so vulnerably and beautifully - it’s so inspiring and makes me feel so safe to be in your company. A true pleasure, a true joy and memories that will last me a lifetime, taking home energy of vitality, joy and embodiment.”

— Cloudi

This will continue to change me.

“This will be an experience that I'll take away and keep with me for a long time and that will continue to change me. The mental, spiritual, emotional and physical practices connected day to day and meant the whole week felt like a gorgeous and natural crescendo which all connected deeply and felt like the natural unfolding of a journey. Everything felt so harmonious, whole, connected and one.”
